At Kruhitek, the prime consideration is ‘quality’, for producing naturally derived products that offer reliable and consistent results. To achieve this, Krushitek has a finely tuned and quality controlled manufacturing process at its production facility at Sanvardhini Agro Pvt Ltd. The consistent emphasis on quality allows us to produce products that are highly effective and enjoy a very high level of customer confidence & trust all over the country and globally.

Quality Assurance

All activities & documentation are carried out by Quality Control, Production & Store and are inspected by Quality Assurance Department

Following activities are carried out by Q.A.

• Environmental & hygienic control.
• Inspection of raw materials, packing material & finished products etc.
• Developing training program & supervising their implementation.
• Preparation of QC documentation.
• Maintaining manufacturing and process record.

Quality Control

• The QC lab has a well laid out quality policy and ensures that it performs quality checks on the inputs used in manufacturing the entire range of Krushitek’s products
• We have a well-equipped & sophisticated laboratory with GC, HPLC & other allied equipments for day-to-day analysis. All testing work is carried out by analyst and documentation is checked, confirmed by the department head.
• All data is reviewed periodically & assure that the data is technically Correct
• Inspection of each batch is carried out before packing & dispatch.
• Stability study of each product is carried out for shelf-life prediction.
