The company was founded in the year 1993 under the able aegis of Mr. Jalindar Shinde and Mr.Girish Soman. History
Krushitek. was founded by Mr. Jalindar Shinde and Mr. Girish Soman in 1993. We are specialized in developing unique organic agricultural products for plant protection and plant nutrition for sustainable farming. We started our activity by manufacturing a small range of plant growth promoters and then diversified into botanical based pesticides, insecticides, fungicides and viricides and other products useful for the organic farming.
In 2015, we diversified into micronutrients that are necessary for plants. We conducted research on compounds that could deliver micronutrients to plants more efficiently for growth and stress management. Our range includes single and mixed range of micronutrient grades.

Managing Director
Jalindar, an engineer by profession, has worked extensively across India and internationally on large-scale projects. With deep-rooted connections to agriculture since childhood, he is the Founder and Director of the Krushitek Group of Companies. For over 33 years, the Krushitek Group has been actively engaged in the natural products industry, specializing in organic agricultural inputs, botanical extracts, and Ayurvedic healthcare products. Jalindar is widely recognized for his innovative extraction equipment designs, which have enabled the production of super-premium quality botanical extracts. He has played a pioneering role in fine-tuning and indigenizing CO₂ extraction processes, making it possible to capture the complete essence of herbs. This advancement has significantly contributed to the development of highly effective botanical pesticides.
At Krushitek, Jalindar leads Production, Marketing, and Operations across the group. He is deeply passionate about sustainable agriculture and has been instrumental in developing innovative, cost-effective botanical solutions for organic farming. He also spearheads end-to-end organic farming projects, from concept to execution. With over 42 years of diverse industry experience, Jalindar has co-founded multiple successful ventures under the Krushitek and Nisarga umbrella, contributing significantly to the growth of the natural and organic products sector.

Director
Sharad Bendre, a mechanical engineer by education, has passionately pursued his interest in agriculture. At the Krushitek Group, he has played a key role in expanding the reach of organic agricultural inputs across India through dedicated and strategic marketing efforts.
He has been instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance for agricultural inputs, a critical factor in the company’s sustained growth and credibility. Sharad’s unique blend of engineering expertise and agricultural insight adds significant value to the organization. His commitment and hands-on approach have contributed meaningfully to Krushitek’s continued pursuit of quality, innovation, and excellence in the natural products industry.
