History
Krushitek. was founded by Mr.Girish Soman and Mr. Jalindar Shinde in 1993. We are specialized in developing unique organic agricultural products for plant protection and plant nutrition for sustainable farming. We started our activity by manufacturing a small range of plant growth promoters and then diversified into botanical based pesticides, insecticides, fungicides and viricides and other products useful for the organic farming.
In 2015, we diversified into micronutrients that are necessary for plants. We conducted research on compounds that could deliver micronutrients to plants more efficiently for growth and stress management. Our range includes single and mixed range of micronutrient grades.

As founder, Board Chairman and CEO of the Krushitek & Nisarga Group, Girish blends his education as a Master of Technology with his passion for agriculture. Girish has over 27 years of experience in botanical extraction and agriculture. He has been awarded multiple US patents and international patents for the process used as well as the end product. Girish is known for his extraction equipment designs that have introduced the industry to super-premium quality botanical extracts. He has fine-tuned and indigenized CO2 extraction processes that have made it possible to extract the holistic essence of herbs to formulate botanical pesticides. Girish has a total experience of 37 years in various fields and has co-founded several companies under Krushitek & Nisarga umbrella, which are growing successfully.
Jalindar Shinde
Managing Director and COO
Jalindar, an Engineer by profession has worked throughout India as well as abroad on large scale projects. He has been associated with agriculture from his childhood and is a founder and director of the Krushitek & Nisarga group of companies. All the Krushitek & Nisarga group companies have been working in the natural products industry, such as organic agricultural products, botanical extracts, and ayurvedic healthcare products for the last 27 years. At Krushitek, Jalindar heads Production, Marketing & Operations for the entire group of companies. Jalindar is very passionate about sustainable agriculture and plays a vital role in developing innovative and cost-effective botanical-based products for organic farming, and leads organic farming projects, right from concept to execution. Jalindar has a total experience of 37 years in various fields and has co-founded several companies under Krushitek & Nisarga umbrella, which are running successfully.
