Active Ingredients

Sanvardhan is a blend of organic ingredients made from edible, non-edible oiled and deoiled cakes, minerals and other nutrients. Neem Cake, Karanj Cake, Caster Cake, Mahua Cake, Kusum Kali Cake, Saad Cake, Marigold Cake, Turmeric Powder, Shell Powder, Biodynamic Culture, Mycelium Azatobacter, Phosphate, Solubilizing Bacteria, Trichoderma Viridae, Zinc Solubilizer, Potash Mobilizer etc.

Mode of action

All undigested organic matters which are mixed together, when applied to soil at root zone starts decomposing INSITU immediately on watering after application, thereby producing acids during the decomposing and a unique green house effect is noticed in open farm due to release of CO2 near the plant root zone. Humic acid and many polysaccharides are generated which are so vital for the microbial activity near the root zone. The decomposition is gradual and continues to offer this effect for a considerable time. The composition also includes a unique treatment of ‘kunap jal’ described in ancient Ayurveda for improving the availability of beneficial microorganism in the formulation, which is somewhat similar to biodynamic culture.


  1. Improves Organic Carbon levels in the soil which is so vital for survival of beneficial microorganisms (when levels of organic carbon in soil falls below 1%, microorganisms will not proliferate) as organic carbon of Sanvardhan is between 8 and 10
  2. High humus contents and high bacterial count gives many essential and beneficial microbes converting ‘DEAD SOIL’ into a ‘LIVING SOIL’.
  3. Sanvardhan contains bitter oil cakes such as Neem, Pongamia (Karanj) and Castor along with other known anti fungal agents like Turmeric Powder, Mahua, Mustard which are likely to reduce attacks of soil born diseases like attack of Mites, Nematodes, Fungal diseases etc. which will lead to reduction in use of insecticides and pesticides.
  4. Availability and uptake of N, P, K and Micronutrients is improved due to high C/N ratio, increases humus and carbon contents of the soil thereby enhancing fertility.
  5. Repetitive use will improve soil texture, structure thereby improving water holding capacity of soil, better drainage and aeration to roots improving the overall activity in root zone resulting in better health and yields.
